MC NYLON

MC NYLON has improved Nylon properties by being polymerized and molded under atmospheric pressure, which extruded or injected materials cannot provide.

	MC901:	Basic grade of MC NYLON(Blue)
	MC900NC:	Natural grade(Ivory)
	MC801:	Good weather ability grade with special graphite(Gray-black)
	MC928-IR :	High-impact grade(Bluish-gray)
	MC703HL:	Bearing grade with a special lubricant (Purple)
	MC602ST:	A grade of high strength and weather ability with special additives(Brown)
	MC501CDR2:	Conductive grade(Black)
	MC501CDR6:	Electro-Static Dissipative grade(Black)
	MC501CDR9:	Electro-Static Dissipative grade(Black)
	MC500ASR11:	Electro-Static Dissipative grade(Without carbon)(Ivory)

·	Do not use MC703HL in the use of oil and fat.
·	Do not use MC501CDR2/R6/R9 and MC500ASR11as an electric part of heat generation, contact point, or terminal.
·	Outer skin of MC801 tubes are electric conductive because of fillers. In case insulation property is necessary, use it peeling outer skin off.
·	Please refrain from using MC500ASR11 where the conformity with The Food Hygiene Act is required.

·	Nylon absorbs moisture or water in case of using under high humidity or in water and increases its size (by 2% at the maximum). When such use is necessary, please consult with NPL technical data and design appropriately.
·	Please take dimension increase into consideration, when you stores MC Nylon processed goods for long term.
·	When dipped in boiling water for 1.5 hours (2 hours in cases of MC703HL, MC501CDR2/R6/R9, MC500ASR11, and MC401AB), they can be used lawfully under food hygiene regulations.
